Software Development Team Leader

Myriad is looking to recruit a talented Software Development Team Leader. The company is passionate about building technology to disrupt traditional consultancy services.

Your first mission is to build a world-class team that will continue developing awesome websites and SaaS application software solutions. This position is ideal for a Senior Developer or Full-Stack Engineer who wants to step up into a Team Leader position while remaining 75% hands-on.

Role:

• Development of new applications and enhancement and maintenance of existing solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct information planning, gathering, and discovery sessions.
• Develop project plans to include specifications, concept maps, user definitions & journeys, and sitemap delivery.
• Leading a team of software developers (UX/UI, front-end and back-end developers)
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities within the team, and ensuring the team is productive and effective whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
• Ensure coding standards are met and implement quality assurance practices to maintain high software quality.
• IT software and hardware support service for internal staff.

Software experience (min 5 years):

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Proficient in C#, .NET using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and jQuery.
• Involved in developing SaaS application software.
