As a new member of the Myriad team, I look forward to being able to assist and support clients with their R&D tax queries whilst delivering the best possible service.
Before I joined Myriad, I worked for Tax Refund Group, a company which specialises in self-assessment tax refunds for individuals within the care sector. I managed a small team of customer service advisors who supported the clients with their day-to-day tax queries and tax rebate claims. In addition to gaining knowledge with PAYE tax, I have also gained over 10 years’ experience within customer service so when the opportune moment came to join the Myriad team, I seen this as a great opportunity to use bot skills sets in Tax and Customer services.
