Chris Dowsett

Summary

Chris’ overall mission is to help prospects and clients identify opportunities for public innovation funding, including R&D Tax Credits, Video Games Tax Relief and Innovate UK and EU grants.  However, as his quote suggests he can turn his hand to just about anything, so his role includes Tax Cloud Product Manager, VGTR specialist, IT Manager, Fire Marshall, First Aider, Milk Monitor, #1 Tea and Coffee Maker.

Prior to joining Myriad, Chris was a Managing Director within the UK’s largest independent recruitment group. Chris specialised in senior level appointments up to C-suite level. He also supervised the design and delivery of technology-based solutions to improve the recruitment work flow.

Outside work, Chris has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for technology, is a keen gamer, enjoys playing badminton (and beating his older brother, Barrie). Chris also enjoys gardening, especially planting marigolds and taking his family on impromptu bike rides.
